Depends on your conversion ratio of the common damn to $. I'd say its worth 2,800 damns today if its cosmetically okay, mechanically decent - goes and stops.

1996 was a one-year only model; OBD-2 electronics. Neat cars. My dad still has his 1995 Q45a. I would not recommend the Active suspension to anyone, but the car itself - the bones, if you will - are outstanding.

Which generation? The G50 has 280 PS (not based on the Gloria) while the Y33 has less (it's based on the Gloria.)

Personally, it's better just to save up for a 2nd gen Lexus LS400 (post-facelift) since it has 295 PS from the 1UZ engine.
